POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

The NAIL SPA

  • Health screenings are performed for all employees and clients prior to entering the spa. 

  • Scan temperature for all employees daily and clients per visit using touchless thermometer.

  • Extra cleaning and sanitization on all surfaces, equipments before and after each client visit.

  • ALL employees and clients are required to wash hands before and after service.  

  • Splash guards are used to protect clients and employees for manicuring service.

  • ALL employees must wear face masks and face shields for pedicuring service.

  • Reservations are required.  No walk-ins are accepted.  

  • Liability Waiver must be completed prior to service rendered.  

  • Employees cannot attend to multiple clients at the same time.

  • Client may not receive multiple services at the same time.  

    • For instance, a manicure must be completed before a pedicure can be done.

  • ​Services that require us to touch your face are not offered at this time, i.e., waxing and eyelash extensions.

  • Everyone MUST bring and use a face covering at all times while in our spa.

    • Exception: Children aged two or under, persons with a medical condition and persons who are hearing impaired.

  • Only the person receiving the service and parents/guardians accompanying a minor may enter the spa.

    • Parents/guardians â€‹may wait in the salon but must maintain 6 feet of distance, if the appointments are for childrens.

  • If you exhibit any symptoms, have been sick or exposed to, we have to reschedule your appointment until after 14 days.

  • Please arrive on-time and when you arrive, wait outside in your car and call us to check in.  Expect delay.

  • Prompt departure is appreciated as stringent cleaning and disinfecting protocols are to be performed for new guest.
